I’ve always loved games. Be it card-games, board games, memory-games. In particular I’m a great fan of scrabble. Along my professional career I’ve encountered serious games and have understood the power they bring to learning. Learning in a playful way is what all humans do by nature. To me it makes sense to put that mechanism to work in professional settings. Serious gaming makes people actor in their own theater.
